2 bade chammach tel
1 bada pyaaj, kaddookas kiya hua
¾ chhota chammach namak, ya aavashyakata anusaar
5 laung lahasun, kasa hua
1 ¼ kap paanee, ya jaroorat se jyaada
2 chammach paav bhaajee masaala
1 (14.5 auns) tamaatar ke tukade kar sakate hain
2 chhote aaloo, chheelakar chhote cube shape mein kaat len
3 bade chammach sweet corn, nithaara hua
1 chhota chammach halka chilee paudar
1 chhota chammach pisa hua dhaniya
1 chutakee adarak pisee huee

Banane ki Vidhi
Step 1
medium aanch par ek kadaahee mein 1 bada chammach tel garam karen. pyaaz aur 1/4 chhota chammach namak daalen; brown hone tak bhoonen, 5 se 8 min. lahasun daalen; 4 minat tak pakaen aur chalaen. 1 cup pani daalen. 1 chhota chammach pav bhaji masaala aur 1/2 chhota chammach namak daalen. ubaal par laana. gas kam karen aur lagabhag 10 min tak flaouvour ko milaane tak ubaalen.

pain mein tamatar, aaloo aur corn dale, mirch powder, dhaniya, aur adarak ke saath season. ubaal par lana. gas kam karen aur 15 min tak ubaalen. curry ko lakadee ke chammach ya spaichula ke pichhale hisse se dheere se maish kare. 10 min aur ubaalen. namak ko chakh kar theek kar len. 1/2 chammach paav bhaajee masaala aur neemboo ka ras daalen. phir se thoda maish karen.
Step 3
Curry ko patla banaane ke liye 1/4 se 1/2 cup pani daalen. bacha hua 1 bada chammach tel aur makkhan daalen; makkhan ke pighalane tak hilaen. serving bowl mein daalen aur bacha hua pav bhaji masaala upar se chhidaken.
